Upload User Files in Bulk

Before a platform manager can upload files in bulk, the you must first create folders and file names to organize the files.

You'll also need a comma separate value (CSV) file that indicates which users should be associated with each of the various files for the file names in that structure.

When the organizational structure in place and your CSV file is ready, upload user files.

  1. Select Core.

  2. Select System tools.

  3. Select Bulk upload.

  4. Select Bulk upload user files.

  5. Select Upload user files.

  6. Under "Step 2: Upload files," select Upload file and then choose the CSV file you prepared from your local or network drive.

  7. Under "Step 3: Select folder and files," remember the organizational structure you previously set up in Manage user files.

    Select the folder and filename that corresponds to your organizational structure.

  8. Select Validate.

  9. Review any errors or select Save & upload files.

  10. In Bulk upload, Choose files and then select the files to upload.

  11. Select Upload.

  12. Review any errors.

  13. Select Save & process.

  14. View the job status on the main Bulk upload user file screen. When the process completes, select the link to view job details.
