Your school may want to archive some content for historical purposes. For example, students and parents may want to view past photos, athletic scores, and more (like browsing a digital yearbook).
To manage settings for the archive, from Core, select Settings and choose Archived Content.
To enable users to access archived content, select Yes for Show this section on the persona navigation.
Archived content is organized by categories.
To add a group or category, select + Add More.
To remove a group or category, on the item's row select —.
Tip: Consider excluding temporary content and facility notifications. For example, exclude "Parking lot closed for maintenance."
From any persona, select News and choose Archived Content.
Note: Expired content is excluded from the archive.
