Online Data Review Security

From Fundraising, Gift Management, you can review unmatched transactions from donation forms and match them to constituent records. See Online Data Review for additional information.

To manage who can use and see these features, admins can provide access from Control panel, Security.

  1. Under Control panel. select Security, Security roles.

  2. Under Fundraising roles, select Edit role from an existing role's menu or create a new role in fundraising.

  3. Under Gift Management tasks, select Review online data.

  4. Select Save.

  3. Under Gift Management tasks, select Manage online data review settings.

  4. Select Save.

With this option enabled, Online data review settings can be adjusted for manual review of transactions.

Note: In the database view, assign users to a security group with rights to the Constituent record type that includes all Biographical, Address, and Phone privileges to manage unmatched transactions in Online data review.

  1. Under Control panel. select Security, User Management.

  2. Select Manage roles from the user's menu in the list.

  3. Under Security, select Fundraising.

  4. Assign the user a role with the level of access they need.

  5. Select Save.
