Activity Master Rollover

Activity managers and platform managers can rollover activities from year to year. Before you perform the master rollover, you must enter the activity terms for the upcoming school year.

  1. Select Core.

  2. Select System tools.

  3. Select Master rollover.

  4. Select the From School Year and the To School Year under filter options and then select View.

  5. Under activity groups, select Run next to the appropriate school level.

  6. Choose the specific checkboxes next to the sections you want to roll over, or select Check all.

  7. Select Next.

  8. Choose the specific checkboxes next to each element you want to roll over:

    • Identifiers: rolls over the section identifiers.

    • Activity leaders: rolls over the section Leaders.

    • Blocks: rolls over the blocks with which the sections are associated.

    • Schedules: rolls over the schedules with which the sections are associated.

    • Rooms: rolls over the rooms with which the sections are associated.

    • Activity page settings: rolls over and uses the date you're rolling over as the access date for group page access. If needed, you can select a different date from group page access.

  9. Select Save & exit.
