Account Settings

Using their account settings, constituents can view/edit their username (if access has been granted), view their login history, subscribe to email/text notifications, and determine which of their profile information appears in the online directory.

Constituents can access their account settings from the Account menu (click the down arrow next to your name at the top of any 'ON' product) > Settings. They can then access the Login Settings, Notifications, and Privacy pages from the left-hand menu.

Platform Managers can also customize an on-screen message that appears at the top of the left-hand menu on the Account Settings page (there is no default text):

  1. From the drop-down menu in the upper, right-hand corner, select Core.

  2. Select Labels & Text under Settings.

  3. Click Custom Text/Messages.

  4. Click Edit for the Account Settings Text.

  5. Enter the custom message (for example, provide constituents with an overview of the Login Settings, Notifications, and Privacy pages).

  6. Click Save & Exit
