We’re excited to announce a major milestone: NPOconnect is now the Blackbaud Verified Network. This new name reflects our expanded vision to better connect corporate and social impact customers, creating powerful efficiencies for nonprofits. By streamlining data exchange and reducing manual processes, we’re helping nonprofits spend less time on administration and more time driving their missions forward. In this blog, we’ll explore what this change means, why it matters, and how it unlocks new opportunities for the social good community.

Since Blackbaud acquired YourCause in 2019, we’ve aspired to integrate NPOconnect more deeply into the broader Blackbaud ecosystem. Progress has been steady, but the rebranding to Blackbaud Verified Network marks a turning point. It signals our commitment to interoperability, secure shared data and seamless experiences across Blackbaud platforms.

Connected Experiences: The Power of Integration
This vision is already coming to life through Blackbaud Connections, which will soon enable donor detail integrations and expedited giving directly within the Blackbaud Verified Network portal.

  • Donor Detail Integrations will allow nonprofits to seamlessly connect corporate and employee donor data from YourCause into their Blackbaud systems, whether that’s Blackbaud CRM or Raiser’s Edge NXT. This means fewer manual imports, better visibility, and smarter donor engagement strategies.
  • Expedited Giving is another game-changer. In 2026, we will be enabling nonprofits to receive donations faster, without added cost, by speeding up ACH donations and integrating YourCause donation processing with Blackbaud Integrated Payments – Blackbaud’s proprietary payment rails that are in use by over 12,000 nonprofits today. Our pilot programs have already shown promising results, and by early 2026 we are set to launch Expedited Giving and deliver funds 90-95% faster to 100,000+ US-based nonprofits
