Kimo Zachariah

Honolulu, HI Director, Technology Services at Punahou School

Kimo Zachariah has 19 years of professional experience in project/program management leading large scale Information Technology projects and business transformation efforts. His experience includes work in Banking, Education, Healthcare, and Government industries.

During his time with Punahou School in Honolulu, Hawaii, Mr. Zachariah has served as a key leader within the IT Department’s business transformation, supporting the school through identification and replacement of several legacy software applications including the implementation of Blackbaud’s Core, SIS, Learning Management, Enrollment Management, School Website, Tuition Management (Smart Tuition) and Financial Edge NXT products. Mr. Zachariah has supported change strategy and targeted departmental support for change initiatives related to technology and business process improvement.

Prior to joining Punahou School, Mr. Zachariah was the Director, Program Management Office at Business Solution Technologies (BST) in Hawaii. While there, he helped formalize project management protocols across the company’s portfolio of projects as well as manage project resources across its HR, Education and Healthcare markets. Mr. Zachariah also played an integral role as project manager for two of BST’s largescale information technology projects.

Mr. Zachariah holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Washington in Communications and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as well as a certified Change Practitioner by Prosci and the Change Management Learning Center.
