Blackbaud Employees Celebrate MLK Day Through Acts of Service

Martin Luther King Day is celebrated annually on the third Monday of January and is also known as a National Day of Service. The day focuses on giving back to our communities by displaying acts of kindness and service to everyone.

In the U.S., Blackbaud employees were given the day off in observance of MLK Day, but we encouraged our employees to volunteer in their communities with a “day on, not a day off.” In honor of this, many employees engaged in service opportunities, including some of our Charleston employees who participated in the local MLK Day Parade with their families.

We were proud to join Americans across the nation in the powerful act of volunteerism to honor Dr. King’s legacy.
