Pennsylvania SPCA

The Pennsylvania SPCA (PSPCA) is the state’s oldest, largest, and most comprehensive animal welfare program. They have been the leading advocate for animals since 1867. The PSPCA rescues animals from cruelty and neglect, providing medical rehabilitation until they are healthy enough to be placed with loving families. The PSPCA brings its mission to life through the lifesaving efforts of their humane law enforcement (HLE) and litigation division, in-house shelter hospital, low-cost veterinary services, behavior and enrichment program, humane education, and placement of abandoned animals in loving forever homes.
