K-12 Advisory Board

Jeanne Townsend is the Director of Information Management at The Academy of the Sacred Heart in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Academy, also known as ASH Rosary, is a Catholic Independent school serving girls from age 1 to grade 12, and is a member of the international Sacred Heart network of schools. Jeanne has worked with a wide range of Blackbaud education and fundraising products at various independent schools for the past 25 years. Her steadfast belief in the power of data guides her work in helping school decision-makers implement positive and productive change.

Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Rochester and a Master of Engineering Management from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College. When not tackling a tantalizing data analysis challenge, improving an inefficient workflow, or visiting her colleagues in New Orleans, Jeanne can be found swimming, paddling and body surfing the south shore of Massachusetts.
