Multiple Blackbaud Products Recognized in TrustRadius Awards

Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT®, Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT® and Blackbaud eTapestry® were Selected for Best Value, Best Feature Set and Best Relationship, While Blackbaud Education Management Solutions was Named Most Loved 

We’re proud to announce that Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT®, Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT® and Blackbaud eTapestry® have each earned multiple Winter 2023 “Best Of” Awards from TrustRadius, a site that helps technology buyers make informed decisions by providing verified reviews and ratings. In addition, Blackbaud Education Management Solutions was selected as a Most Loved product on the TrustRadius platform. 

Winter 2023 “Best Of” Awards 
In order to be recognized as a “Best Of” Award winner, products were required to source 10 reviews between July 1 and December 31, 2022. Products were selected based on key insight statistics—Best Value for Price, Best Feature Set, and Best Relationship per category. Additionally, Best Relationship looked at key insight data for Would Buy Again, Implementation Expectations, and Sales and Marketing Promises.

Raiser’s Edge NXT, a comprehensive, cloud-based fundraising and donor management software solution built specifically for nonprofits, and eTapestry, a cloud fundraising and supporter management software solution designed for growing organizations, both won awards for Best Value for Price, Best Feature Set and Best Relationship in the Nonprofit CRM category.  

Financial Edge NXT, designed specifically for nonprofit fund accounting, was awarded Best Value for Price, Best Feature Set and Best Relationship in the Nonprofit Accounting category.

2023 Most Loved Awards  
For the fifth year in a row, TrustRadius used an advanced award-selection process and data-driven formulas to measure customer satisfaction and affection for various vendors in the Most Loved Awards. There were 29,000 products considered and only 100 winners— and Blackbaud Education Management Solutions was one of them. Award winners were chosen by scoring every review TrustRadius collected in 2022.

We use it for our Student Information System (SIS), Learning Management System (LMS), Enrollment Management System (EMS), and information is integrated seamlessly from one part of the system to another. Because it’s robust enough, we can require teachers to use it and then can tell parents how it is used in all classes by all teachers. Our community can depend on it and the technology just fades into the background, with learning becoming the focus.”
