Blackbaud Recognizes National Hispanic Heritage Month

From September 15 to October 15, Blackbaud proudly recognizes National Hispanic Heritage Month, a time dedicated to honoring the rich history, cultural heritage, and significant contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans to the United States.
This year’s national theme, “A Celebration of Honor Culture,” highlights the importance of embracing identity, traditions, and storytelling as a means of preserving cultural legacy.
At Blackbaud, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace for all and supporting the unique communities we serve. In observance of National Hispanic Heritage Month, our employees have shared personal reflections and cultural insights, offering a glimpse into cherished traditions, historical landmarks, culinary heritage, and more. These are featured in the infographic below.
As part of our month-long celebration, Blackbaud employees will participate in a virtual volunteer event to develop English language flashcards for children in the Latino community. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to educational equity and community engagement.
We extend our sincere appreciation to our employees for sharing meaningful aspects of their heritage and for contributing to a culture of belonging and respect. Observances such as National Hispanic Heritage Month reinforce Blackbaud’s year-round commitment to inclusivity and impact.
