Ren Nunes is a responsible AI and governance leader focused on designing enterprise systems that enable AI to scale with trust, accountability, and speed. He specializes in rethinking traditional governance models, building approaches that embed risk management directly into how systems are designed and operated. Ren leads responsible AI, AI literacy, and Data and AI governance capabilities at Blackbaud and brings nearly two decades of experience in customer trust, compliance, privacy, and governance. Ren holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Clemson University, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and is a Certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) and Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
