We announced in the April 2024 Raiser’s Edge NXT Product Update Briefing that we intend to have a Total Web Solution by December 2025. All “popular workflows” will be available by mid-2025 and all “critical end-to-end workflows” will be in web view by the end of 2025. You should no longer need to rely on database view for anything by the end of 2025. We’ll also introduce a lot of additional innovations and usability enhancements over the same time frame.

Our current intention is that, by December 2025, you will be able to utilize a single web view experience, the Total Web Solution (TWS), for your workflows and not be required to use database view or Citrix. We have not yet confirmed any dates for database view capabilities being removed.

In the first three months of 2024, we released web view event registration capabilities to all accounts globally, including to Canada, Europe, and the Pacific region. If you do not see the option to create Event registration forms in your account, please contact Support for assistance.

We created the Town Hall meeting series to create a forum for customers to connect directly with our Product Managers to learn and share thoughts on recently released and planned functionality for Raiser’s Edge NXT web view.
