Blackbaud’s Business Continuity Plans

We are keeping a very close eye on the global situation regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus). Blackbaud’s Business Continuity Team, with representatives from across our global organization, is meeting regularly to review the latest information and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Rest assured that we have plans in place that ensure our critical business applications and procedures are supported even during a disruptive situation, such as the coronavirus. You will not notice a difference in the support you receive from us should we need to enact any portion of that plan.

As a global organization, Blackbaud has diversified coverage in all offices to ensure that you continue to receive product-related support, even if a particular location is impacted by the coronavirus. We also remain focused on the health and safety of our workforce, so we have encouraged our employees worldwide to begin working remotely, starting on Monday, March 16, 2020. We have invested in technology that ensures a seamless transition to a remote workforce.

We have also compiled COVID-19 customer resources to help you during possible impact.
