Blackbaud customers globally are invited to apply! Organizations must submit their own nominations for the organizational awards, nominees for the Outstanding Leadership and Rising Star Awards must be submitted by someone else in the organization other than the nominee, such as a peer, colleague or a supervisor. Self-nominations for The Outstanding Leadership Award and The Rising Star Award will not be accepted.

Yes. The Impact Awards include multiple categories that recognize different types of excellence, from organizational achievement to individual leadership. You may submit more than one nomination, as long as each submission highlights a distinct story or achievement(s) and is tailored to that award category.

Each nomination will be reviewed by a judging panel of Blackbaud experts and evaluated based on the overall quality of responses, which focus on innovation, creativity, analytics, communication, and mission impact, backed by measurable proof points or quantifiable impact. All decisions made by the judging panel are final.
