Blackbaud Welcomes July 2022 Cohort of Social Good Startup Program

The newest members of the Blackbaud Social Good Startup Program have arrived. Please join us in welcoming
six companies to our July 2022 cohort!

As part of Blackbaud’s commitment to expanding the Ecosystem of Good®, the Social Good Startup Program supports early-stage software companies focused on solving problems that matter to the social good community. Since the launch in 2019, 33 startups
have completed the program and have collectively raised nearly $100 million in funding.

Program participants receive curated access to Blackbaud resources, marketing opportunities and nondilutive grant funding, and Blackbaud works with startup founders to design a unique plan for each company that addresses their goals for growth. Participants
have published multiple Blackbaud product integrations in the Blackbaud Marketplace, collaborated with other Blackbaud ISV partners to develop integrations, participated in Blackbaud events and engaged in targeted discovery with Blackbaud customers to get product feedback and implement
changes to best suit customer needs.

“Launching our fifth cohort is a milestone worth celebrating.” said Lizzie Schaffer, senior product manager for innovation and incubation, Blackbaud. “We’re so excited by the success we’ve seen with this program, from continued international
reach of the startups, making connections across the Blackbaud portfolio to have startups work with our JustGiving®, YourCause® and EVERFI® teams, and growing the program’s presence in the Blackbaud Marketplace with a new ‘collection’
filter to enable sorting for apps from our startups. The startups have been valuable participants in our annual Blackbaud Developer’s Conference and will have a significant role at bbcon again
this year. We can’t wait to see all that our current cohort will accomplish.”
