Blackbaud Recognized on Newsweek’s America’s Most Responsible Companies List for Fifth Consecutive Year
This Recognition Highlights Blackbaud’s Ongoing Commitment to Social Responsibility
Charleston, S.C. (December 10, 2025) — Blackbaud (NASDAQ: BLKB), the leader in AI for social impact, has been named to Newsweek’s list of America’s Most Responsible Companies for the fifth consecutive year, ranking 14th in the Software Industry category.
“Being named to Newsweek’s America’s Most Responsible Companies list for the fifth consecutive year is a proud moment for all of us at Blackbaud,” said Margaret “Maggie” Driscoll, chief people and culture officer, Blackbaud. “Our purpose goes beyond software as we strive to empower organizations that make the world a better place. This recognition reflects the passion and commitment of our team to create lasting social impact and lead with responsibility.”
America’s Most Responsible Companies ranking focuses on a holistic view of corporate responsibility that considers all three pillars of Environment, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG). The analysis is based on the quantitative data from more than 30 indicators across the three areas of ESG, and CSR reputation, derived from an extensive survey conducted among U.S. residents, assessing the public’s perception of each company’s social responsibility efforts.
Over the past year, Blackbaud’s core focus areas include fostering a strong people-first culture, amplifying social impact, advancing its commitment to sustainability, and ensuring responsible governance and data stewardship. In alignment with Blackbaud’s commitment to Intelligence for Good®, the company is also delivering AI solutions that are accessible, effective, and ethically designed—empowering the social impact sector to achieve more, faster.
Earlier this year, Blackbaud was recognized on Newsweek’s World’s Greenest Companies 2025 list and was named one of America’s Best Mid-Size Companies 2025 by TIME. Blackbaud’s most recent Impact Report details its commitment to fueling social impact.
