Blackbaud Showcases New Innovation for Corporate Social Impact at Annual Summit

Social Impact Leaders Convene at the YourCause® from Blackbaud® Corporate Social Impact Summit for Insight, Connection, and a First Look at What’s Next

Blackbaud, the leading provider of software for powering social impact, brought together hundreds of corporate and social good leaders at the YourCause® from Blackbaud® Corporate Social Impact Summit in Nashville the week of March 30, 2026. The event featured thought‑provoking sessions from industry experts alongside an exclusive preview of upcoming innovation across the YourCause platform, including advancements in AI capabilities, faster donation processing, and social impact reporting.

At the summit, Blackbaud shared its latest innovation roadmap for YourCause, its corporate philanthropy platform designed to support employee giving, volunteering, grantmaking, and impact reporting. The most recent and upcoming enhancements include:

Intelligent Impact: Several innovations leveraging AI and emerging technologies were announced, designed to deepen employee engagement, accelerate impact, and save time. This included:

• AI-powered offline matching gifts creation and review
• AI-powered Engagement Element and event creation tools
• Intelligent Search, surfacing opportunities to give and volunteer based on a user’s desired impact
• Intelligent Recommendations, providing users with giving and volunteering recommendations based on their personal impact history and preferences
• Grant Review Agent, harnessing the power of agentic AI to aid in grant review processes

Frictionless Donation Experiences: Blackbaud continues to simplify and accelerate corporate giving, making it easier for employees to participate, and for nonprofits to receive funds quickly and confidently. New digital donation methods have been added for donors, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and recurring credit card, with direct debit, Venmo, and PayPal coming later in 2026.

Expedited Giving: Announced at Summit last year, Blackbaud has made great strides bringing this vision to life. Currently in pilot with a limited number of corporate customers and over 690 nonprofits, Expedited Giving functionality has successfully reduced processing timelines by 90%. And this year at Summit, Blackbaud announced new credit card processing innovation that went live on April 1, 2026 that will speed up credit card donations for customers, with no action required on their part.

YourCause Processing Portal: The first and only of its kind, the YourCause Processing Portal provides clarity and control to customers on the donation disbursement process. Customers are currently being granted access to this exciting new administrative functionality in waves, starting in March and expected to be generally available by the end of the second quarter.

Platform Extensibility: YourCause continues to invest in integrations that expand what’s possible, and will be adding Microsoft Teams, Slack, Adobe Acrobat Sign and more than 70 HRIS integrations this year.

Reimagined Impact Reporting: Last year, YourCause announced Blackbaud Impact Edge® and Blackbaud AI for YourCause, putting the power of rapidly evolving technology into customers’ hands. This year, YourCause announced continued additions to Blackbaud Impact Edge, including an Impact Planner tool that will leverage verified outcomes data in partnership with True Impact®, collected through the Blackbaud Verified Network.
