The source document attaches automatically for a one-click audit trail, and nothing about your approval workflow changes.

It covers both sides of expense management, not just one:

• Invoice requests: Snap a photo of a receipt from your phone or upload an invoice from your desk, and a populated request is waiting in the queue.
• Credit card charges: Upload a receipt against any transaction and AI maps it to the right vendor and category automatically, even mapping preferred merchants like “Hotels” or “Restaurants” to your organization’s specific chart of accounts. This is especially valuable for high-volume cardholders drowning in monthly reconciliation.
