How can I leave a survey for my class experience?

  1. Go to https://learn.blackbaud.com.

  2. Select My Activities.

  3. Select the Course Title.

  4. Click the CONTENT tab.

  5. Click the Training Evaluation.

  6. Click Begin the Survey. We appreciate your feedback!

How can I see what Blackbaud University Rewards I have earned?

  1. Go to https://learn.blackbaud.com.

  2. Select My Rewards to see your Rewards.

Can I retake a virtual instructor-led class?

Yes! Students can retake any course for any reason. To retake a completed virtual instructor-led course:

  1. Go to https://learn.blackbaud.com.

  2. Select My Activities.

  3. Select the Course Title.

  4. Select the Change Session button ().

  5. Choose a new upcoming session.

Are recordings of virtual instructor-led courses available?

Recordings of Blackbaud University instructor-led courses are not made available. If you wish to revisit an instructor-led course, you may schedule a new time to take the courses again in the future.

How do I start an eLearning class I have previously completed?

  1. https://learn.blackbaud.com.

  2. Select My Activities.

  3. Select the CONTENT tab.

  4. Click Course Materials.

  5. Click the course file listed. You will return to the course and can navigate to any section to continue to learn.

How can I view what training the users at my organization have completed?

Request a training report at any time by submitting a Blackbaud University Support Ticket.

I have changed organizations. Can I transfer training I previously took on a different profile?

Yes! Please request a training transfer by by submitting a Blackbaud University Support Ticket and including your past and present email addresses and organization names. We can transfer all course and certifications completed as far back as 2019.

How do I view my class or certification certificate?

  1. Go to https://learn.blackbaud.com.

  2. Select My Activities.

  3. Click the Ribbon button () to download your certificate.
